Learn how to configure Thinfinity VirtualUI in order to set up different Customer profiles. This will enable you to host different apps on the same Windows Server, and customize the remote user access for your users.
With VirtualUI you can give your users specific permissions, and make sure they will access only the right applications.
First of all, you’ll need to load your application to the Thinfinity VirtualUI Server Manager. To do this you just have to go to the Applications tab, click on add.
The Profiles Editor will show up, click on Open, and search for the program path and file name. In this case, we’ll be using one of our demo applications for Delphi.
Then go to the Permissions tab, uncheck the Allow anonymous access option and you’ll be able to click on the Add button.
Once there, you’ll have to choose the user/users you want to have access to this application and select their domain. In our case, the domain is cybelesoft.local and the user is called stress1
Once you click Ok, you’ll see the Group and User Names allowed to access that specified application.
Now let’s quickly create another application for a different user, just to differentiate between both! (The same process applies) In this case, the domain will be TRANTOR and the user Wakanda
(Optional) Finally, we’ll go to the Authentication tab and under the Methods sub-tab let’s uncheck the Allow anonymous access. If we do this, when you access the VirtualUI landing page, you’ll have to log in with your credentials in order to see your allowed applications. If you don’t follow this, then when you access the VirtualUI landing page, you will see the listed applications allowed for everyone and you’ll have to login by clicking on the Sign-in button located at the top-right if you want to see your allowed applications.
This is how it looks like the first time you access the VirtualUI landing page if you disable the Anonymous access option.
Now you just have to log in with your credentials and in order to see your allowed applications and the applications allowed for everyone!

Hi, In your example your show the Windows Select Users or Groups dialogue however this will not be available from the cloud so how are these users from possibly many different Domains to be entered?
Hi Edward!
You could use the local users or even your Active Directory users. You just have to join the server to your Domain Controller.
